Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. in Centennial, CO is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join a fast-paced healthcare team. You will collect samples, ensure proper labeling, and support diagnostic testing to help guide patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma and phlebotomy training; 1–3 years' experience preferred. The position is contingent with a potential pathway for hire, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at $24.50–$26.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Patient Service Center experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to meet compliance requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection techniques.
• Process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Verify patient identity, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy.
• Perform pediatric, geriatric, and adult specimen collections with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing activities.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience.
• Travel to multiple patient service centers or physician office locations as needed.
