Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a Lake Worth, TX assignment. You will draw blood, prepare specimens for testing, and explain procedures to patients to ensure safety and confidence.

Under supervision, you will maintain accurate records, handle multiple priorities, and cover multiple Patient Service Center locations as needed. Travel and flexible hours may be required to support several sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy skills with pediatric and geriatric experience preferred.
• Medical training in a related field is an asset.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred where applicable.
• Ability to work independently with strong patient service focus.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures and maintain patient comfort and trust.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure correct labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation accurately.
• Support multiple locations and adapt to staffing needs.
