Qualifications

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience needed.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into health decisions.
• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing following established practices and procedures.
• Maintains an atmosphere of trust and confidence, explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood skillfully, safely, and accurately.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs daily activities under the area supervisor, maintains a safe and professional environment, and keeps required records and documentation.
