Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service and data entry skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect quality blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining quality standards.
• Verify patient demographics and proper specimen labeling procedures.
• Provide a positive patient experience and explain procedures.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing per procedures.
• Maintain records while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Support daily operations in a fast-paced setting and meet productivity goals.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment.
