Quest Diagnostics in Sunnyvale, CA is hiring a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens and support patient services. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with rotational weekends, and requires a state phlebotomy license (CA does not accept NHA licenses).

Pay ranges from $29.60 to $32.19 per hour, with eligibility for annual performance bonus. Benefits begin Day 1 for full-time staff and include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, and

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to established training.
• Research test/client information and confirm and verify all orders.
• Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
