Qualifications

• One year of phlebotomy experience with demonstrated proficiency in working with patients of all age groups.

• May be required to obtain a Louisiana Medical Laboratory Assistant License through the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners (LSBME) within six months of employment if performing waived or moderate-complexity testing duties.

• Performs an acceptable productivity level on waived or moderate complex procedures.
