Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, a High School diploma or GED, and either Medical Assistant/Paramedic training or Phlebotomy Certification (with state-specific requirements in CA/NV/WA). The position is on-site with a 10:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule across multiple days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
• 2 years Patient Service Center experience preferred.
• Customer service and data-entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.
• Process and prepare clinical and forensic specimens per procedures.
• Verify patient demographics, obtain signatures, ensure accurate labeling.
• Maintain records, documentation, and patient confidentiality.
