Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Lowell, MA is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens and perform related duties on a Monday–Friday schedule with rotational weekends.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify test orders using lab systems and communicate with clients.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, emails).
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with statistics/data submissions.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance, temperature logs).
• Complete training courses timely.
