Phlebotomist II Float – Riverton, NJ
Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM, with rotational weekends.

Pay
Pay range: $23.22 – $27.58 per hour. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
- Cover assigned territory within a Patient Service Center, doctor’s office, or other sites as needed.
- Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Collect specimens per established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams.
- Enter billing information and collect payment when required.
- Coach, mentor, and advise new employees; serve as point of contact for on‑site staff and provide input to the group lead or supervisor.
- Travel to additional offices or centers when required.
Qualifications
Required Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience
- Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum two years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
- Keyboard/data entry experience.
Other Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
