Pay range: $23.06 - $25.48 per hour. Salary offers consider skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and organizational factors. Successful candidates may qualify for an annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
- Cover a territory of patient service centers, doctor’s offices, or other sites as business needs dictate.
- Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
- Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams.
- Enter billing information and collect payment when required.
- Coach, mentor, instruct, and serve as resource advisor for new employees; act as point of contact to on‑site staff and provide regular input to the group lead or supervisor.
- Travel to additional doctor’s office or patient service center sites when needed.
- Communicate effectively in English.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience:
- Three years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum two years in a patient service center environment preferred.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
- Keyboard/data entry experience.
