Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Floater Phlebotomist - Lab to support our client in Jacksonville, FL. You will perform venipuncture across age groups and travel between PSCs and offices as needed.

The contract runs 19 weeks with a 40-hour workweek. Schedule is Mon-Fri 5:30am-3:30pm with Rotational Saturdays; pay rate is $22.79-$24.41 per hour. Benefits and details provided by PrideGlobal affiliates where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Willingness to travel between PSCs and physician offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and adult blood collections.
• Collect, label, process, and package clinical and forensic specimens.
• Verify patient identification, demographics, and required signatures.
• Maintain accurate records and specimen integrity.
• Follow HIPAA, safety, quality, and established collection protocols.
• Provide professional patient care and excellent customer service.
• Travel between PSCs, physician offices, and assigned locations as needed.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Schedule:Mon-Fri 8-hour shift between 5:30am - 3:30pm, Rotational Saturdays (40 hours per week)

Weekly gross pay is based on a taxable hourly wage and daily lodging and meals & incidentals stipends based on USA GSA guidelines.
