• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am to 9:30pm (Rotational Weekends)

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: Starting at $19.72+ per hour. Salary is based on skills, experience, education, and certifications. Eligible candidates may receive an annual performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to perform phlebotomy duties at various sites
• Collect and prepare blood samples for lab testing
• Follow established procedures for specimen collection, including drug screens and insurance exams
• Enter billing information and collect payments as needed
• Mentor and support new employees; serve as a resource and point of contact onsite
• Travel to additional sites as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Medical assistant or paramedic training
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA
• At least three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Keyboard/data entry skills
• Effective communication in English
