Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience required, pediatric/geriatric experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens following procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labels after venipuncture.
