Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Strong specimen collection and processing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Keyboard and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens from patients using phlebotomy procedures.
• Perform pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Verify demographics and obtain signatures for accuracy.
• Label, process, and prepare specimens for testing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive patient experience.
• Travel between locations as needed to support staffing.
