Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc in Dover, NH is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our weekday team, with rotational weekends. The role runs 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and offers a minimum pay range of $23.20+ per hour, plus potential annual incentive compensation.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, lab data entry, order verification, and maintaining logs and procedures. A high school diploma and phlebotomy experience are required; certification preferred in certain states.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client communication.
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policies.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, supplies, sanitizing, filing, phones, emails).
• Read and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with compiling statistics and data.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance and temperature).
• Complete online and in-person training timely.
