Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Milton, GA, with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours. The role offers a starting pay around $21.70+ per hour and potential annual bonuses based on performance.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of phlebotomy experience, including diverse patient cases, and is proficient with data entry and lab systems. A high school diploma and phlebotomy certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience and reliable transportation with valid license if applicable.
• Must be flexible to weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime as staffing needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per established procedures, including drug screens and biometric tests.
• Prepare and label specimens; perform centrifugation and aliquoting as required.
• Navigate lab systems to verify orders, enter data, and ensure patient IDs and billing accuracy.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs, assist with inventory, and support non-patient duties as needed.
