Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect high-quality blood specimens and support diagnostic testing in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will ensure accurate labeling, maintain records, and provide compassionate patient care across multiple locations.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, with preferred certification. Wages are $25/hour with a contingent employment type and a Monday–Friday schedule in Vadnais Heights.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate specimen labeling in the patient's presence.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to established protocols.
• Provide exceptional patient care and create a safe, professional environment.
• Support multiple patient service center and physician office locations as needed.
• Perform daily activities accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Promote a positive image to patients, clients, coworkers, and the public.

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

• 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

• Phlebotomy certification preferred

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Keyboard and data entry experience

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, if applicable

• Ability to meet compliance requirements
