Job Title: Phlebotomist II

Location: 10945 George mason Circle Suite 105 Manassas Virginia 20110 (IOP)

Will work at 8640 Sudley Rd Manassas VA (PSC) when not needed at the IOP

Orientation and training: Chantilly for orientation, 2nd week at PSC in Manassas

Duration: 3 Months

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Vaccines required: Varicella, MMR, Hep B (candidate can decline) TB and color vision is required.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced laboratory or hospital environment while maintaining exceptional patient care and specimen integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture using straight and butterfly needles.
• Collect, label, process, centrifuge, split, freeze, and package specimens according to established procedures.
• Verify patient information and accurately match specimens with laboratory requisitions.
