Talentify's client, a Medical Research company, seeks a Phlebotomist I for the Circleville, OH location. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining patient trust through clear explanations of procedures.

You will work under supervision, ensuring accurate records, confidentiality, and professional conduct while supporting daily blood collection operations in a clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a trusting, professional environment.
• Maintain required records and documentation with accuracy.
• Follow established practices and ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
