Quest Diagnostics in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a Monday–Friday shift from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. You will collect specimens, ensure accurate data entry, and support client services in a fast-paced lab environment.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification is preferred, and some experience in phlebotomy or customer service is beneficial. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA/NV/WA.
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus; customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens following established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client information.
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Obtain billing information and handle payments per policy.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient duties (inventory, stock, sanitizing, filing, phones, emails).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and statistics; complete training timely.
