Job summary

Workweek is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with rotating weekends; pay starts at $20 per hour and may include performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; medical training or phlebotomy training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred; customer service experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client information.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, sanitation, filing, phones, email.
