Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist I in Cleveland, OH. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM with rotational weekends. Pay starts at $20/hour, with eligible annual bonuses based on performance and company factors.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, data entry, and billing duties, plus maintaining logs and completing required training. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in some states.
• Experience with drug screens, biometric screenings, and insurance exams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens following established procedures.
• Navigate lab systems to verify orders and enter data accurately.
• Input billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Perform non-patient duties including inventory and sanitizing.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
