Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist I to support a client healthcare facility in Provo, UT. This local contract role runs 13 weeks with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM schedule and an hourly pay range of $16-$19.

Responsibilities include venipuncture across age groups, specimen handling, accurate documentation, and patient service with clear explanations of collection procedures. On-site work with comprehensive benefits provided by Pride Health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to perform pediatric and geriatric draws.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Prepare, label, process, and transport specimens accurately for laboratory testing.
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service while explaining collection procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment following established procedures.
