4. Specified waived testing if applicable.

Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.

Minimum Work Experience:
Phlebotomist I: New graduate/Less than 3 years of experience
Phlebotomist II: Minimum of 3 years of experience

Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Phlebotomy Certification Preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
