Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist I in California. The role involves collecting specimens, verifying test orders, and performing various laboratory duties. Position requires a state phlebotomy license. (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends.
Pay range: $24.00 – $25.70 per hour. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
Required education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
The position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.
