Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a phlebotomist to join our team. You will provide patient-focused service and perform venipuncture with precision, handling specimens and ensuring correct labeling and test orders.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and quality control in a fast-paced clinical environment. Prior phlebotomy experience and excellent communication are required for success.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.

In this role, you will:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
  • Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.

All you need is:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience

Bonus points if you've got:
  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
  • Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
