Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA in El Paso, TX is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our front line of Healthcare Heroes. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages and provide patient-focused service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include collecting and preparing non-blood specimens, ensuring proper labeling and test ordering, and upholding safety, compliance, and quality control standards. This is a full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
