Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• ASCP Phlebotomy Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently performs venipuncture, capillary and arterial collections with minimal discomfort and according to policies.
• Establishes positive patient identification prior to procedures.
• Accurately labels specimens according to policies.
• Provides patient instruction for non-blood specimen collection.

Education
