Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Plano, TX (75093). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with possible weekend requests. You will perform blood collections, collect various specimens, and maintain patient data with accuracy, while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has high school diploma, 1+ year phlebotomy experience, and strong communication skills. Travel to client sites may be required; a quarterly incentive bonus program is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year phlebotomy experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• LabCorp experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
