Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join the Boise, ID team. You will perform blood collections, collect specimens for drug screens and tests, and enter patient data accurately. The role includes travel to additional sites and requires strong communication and customer service skills.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime and rotating Saturdays. Phlebotomy certification or training is preferred, with a High School diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program preferred.
• 3+ months experience as a Phlebotomist preferred.
• Able to pass color blindness test; strong communication and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
