You will assist in donor suitability, establish rapport with donors, respond to reactions, monitor donors and equipment, and operate plasmapheresis machines as part of a supportive, compliant healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment health to ensure donor safety and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
