Grifols is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to join our North American team in Eagle Pass, TX. You will assist in donor screening, perform plasmapheresis setup, and ensure donor comfort while maintaining donor confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, excellent customer service, and flexibility to work a varied schedule. Training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to donor needs.
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.
