Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA in Memphis is seeking a Phlebotomist-Float to join our laboratory operations team. You will perform venipuncture and collect specimens with a patient-first approach in a fast-paced setting.

This full-time role offers benefits, work-life balance, and opportunities to grow your career while handling PHI with strict confidentiality. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in the Greater Memphis Area, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
