Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA in the Greater Memphis Area is seeking a friendly, professional phlebotomist to join our front-line Laboratory Operations team. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages and collect/prepare non-blood specimens, ensuring proper labeling and test ordering.

This full-time role offers benefits, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for career growth while maintaining strict confidentiality of PHI. Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
