Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited phlebotomy certificate program preferred.
• At least 3 months of active phlebotomy experience is preferred.
• The applicant must possess current skills so that the orientation period is not a training period.
• Recent graduates of phlebotomy certificate programs may be considered in lieu of experience.
• No license is required; phlebotomy certification from a phlebotomy program is preferred.
