Job summary

Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a phlebotomist to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced laboratory setting in NE Ohio. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect/prepare specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and test ordering.

The role requires phlebotomy training or experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Location: Float within NE Ohio

Days: M - F w/Saturday as needed

Hours: 1st Shift

Full-time: Benefit Eligible

In This Role, You Will

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

All You Need Is

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus Points If You’ve Got

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
