Position: Float Phlebotomist

Opportunity for Experience: This role allows you to gain a broad range of experience working with various patients, team members, and multiple clinics/locations. It offers development of your skills and opportunities for growth within the organization. If variety excites you, this role is perfect!

Pay Range: $21.73 - $28.49 per hour

Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Quarterly Incentive Bonus: Eligible for a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics through the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours vary 6:00am - 6:00pm, with possible additional days/hours including Saturday rotation. Typical hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime may be required.

Location: 601 E. Hampden Ave., Suite #355, Englewood, CO 80110. Territory includes Denver Metro and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques.
2. Collect specimens for various tests.
3. Accurate and timely data entry of patient information.
4. Process billing and collect payments as needed.
5. Prepare specimens for testing.
6. Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Perform administrative duties as necessary.
9. Travel to additional sites as required.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• Preferred: Previous phlebotomy experience.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Flexibility for overtime.
• Ability to pass a color blindness test.
