Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist Float Casual to join our team in Lake Havasu, AZ, serving surrounding areas. The role is casual/PRN with hours “as needed” and variable start/end times.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen collection, data entry, billing handling, and travel to additional sites. Minimum high school diploma; 6 months experience and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• MinimumRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 6 months or more phlebotomy experience; prior Labcorp experience; bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
