Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Webster, TX seeks a Phlebotomist III Float working Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role offers variety and opportunities to learn and advance in phlebotomy, supporting multiple patient service centers and doctors' offices.

Responsibilities include drawing blood, preparing samples for testing, coaching new staff, and traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (CA/NV/WA required).

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Travel to additional Patient Service Center or doctor's office sites as needed.
• Coach, mentor and be a resource for new employees; provide input to supervisor.
