Community Care Physicians is hiring a full-time Phlebotomist Float. The role requires travel to multiple draw stations and offers a $1,000 recruitment/retention bonus. Workweeks are 40 hours, Monday–Friday with varying day shifts.

Responsibilities include venipunctures, specimen processing, and communicating results to patients. Competitive compensation ranges from $17.50 to $23.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification preferred.
• 1-2 years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain specimens and provide back-up support for the office.
• Perform venipunctures, protimes, and strep tests.
• Process and prepare specimens for transport to lab.
• Communicate lab results to patients via automated voicemail system.
• Order and inventory medical supplies.
• Cancel and reschedule patients as needed.
• Document information in patient records accurately and timely.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Stay informed on company policies through meetings and correspondence.
• Escalate patient concerns to Site Manager.

Our Lab is hiring a full-time Phlebotomist Float to join their team! This position is eligible for up to a $1,000.00 recruitment/retention bonus. This is a 40-hour work week. Monday-Friday varying day shifts, travel is required to multiple draw stations.

Locations include:

• Troy
• Clifton Park
• Delmar
• Latham
• Niskayuna
• Albany
• Schodack

Responsibilities:

• Process and prepare specimens for transport to lab.
• Communicate lab results to patients via automated voicemail system.
• Order and inventory medical supplies.
• Cancel and reschedule patients when necessary.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Keep up to date and informed on company/office policies and procedures through staff meetings and correspondence.
• Communicate any patient concerns or complaints to Site Manager.

Compensation: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour. CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
