Position Overview: As a Float Phlebotomist, you will gain diverse experience working with various patients, team members, and clinics. This role offers development opportunities and continuous growth within the organization. If you enjoy variety, this position is ideal for you!
Work Schedule: An 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with rotating Saturdays. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week. Hours and locations may vary based on business needs and supervisor requests.
PSTs may be eligible for a quarterly performance bonus through the PST Incentive Plan.
Work Location: Louisville, Kentucky, including the metropolitan area and southern/western Kentucky.
Benefits: Employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
