Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist in Gresham, OR (97030) to perform blood collections across varied sites. You will provide courteous patient service while collecting specimens for multiple tests and ensuring accurate data entry and billing processes.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; a phlebotomy certification is preferred or completed accredited training. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel are essential.

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Gresham Or, 97030

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday hours vary between 6:00am - 6:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturday's as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 or more months of phlebotomy experience

Additional Job Standards:

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Be at least 21 years of age and have a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Valid Driver's License
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics

Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
