PSTs may be eligible for the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Work Schedule: Must be available to work varying hours Monday - Friday, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, with additional days/hours and some weekends as needed.

Work Locations include but are not limited to: San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Mesa, and Scottsdale.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
2. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
3. Accurately and promptly enter patient information into data systems.
4. Process billing information and collect payments as required.
5. Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
6. Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
7. Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
8. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
9. Travel to additional sites when needed.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
3. Previous experience as a phlebotomist.
4. Experience working in an OBGYN setting is preferred.
5. Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
6. Must be at least 21 years old.
7. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
10. Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
11. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record, if applicable.
12. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
13. Ability to pass a color blindness test.
