Grifols is hiring a Phlebotomist– We Train in Topeka, Kansas. You will join a global healthcare leader and support donor care in a plasma center, delivering compassionate service while maintaining donor confidentiality.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures. Training provided to develop the skills needed to operate plasmapheresis equipment and to ensure high-quality plasma collection.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Superior customer service standards.
• Ability to obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
• Interest in making a difference in the world.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• You establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• You respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
