You will greet patients using AIDET, work with diverse teams, and uphold ICARE principles while maintaining compliance and quality. This role supports our mission of compassionate care across our service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Phlebotomist Student role or enrollment in program.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients using the AIDET model and provides instructions for quality patient experiences.
• Uses hospital LIS and PDA to obtain information and communicate with staff.
• Safely collects specimens according to policies and procedures.
• Maintains clean, organized phlebotomy work areas and supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
