Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in specimen collection (blood/urine) preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and basic record-keeping helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure patient paperwork is complete and information captured during collection.
  • Perform specimen collections (blood and urine) accurately and following procedures.
  • Serve as liaison between patients, clients, and laboratory staff.
  • Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure collection supplies are stocked.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update as needed.
  • Stay updated on training and best practices for specimen collection.
  • Provide regular updates and coordinate with office staff and lab managers.
  • Follow all laws, regulations, and company policies.
