Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or equivalent certification.
• 1+ year of lab experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labeling protocols and common tests.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture for the Coumadin clinic.
• Identify patient per protocol.
• Prepare samples with correct labels and barcodes.
• Reconcile day-end sample reports.
• Follow safety procedures and assist in daily activities.
• Assist with test preparation and specimen integrity.
