Innova Solutions has immediate needs for Phlebotomists (of all levels) to support the Faribault, MN area!

As a Phlebotomist, your responsibilities include:

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Research test/client information and verify all written and electronic orders using lab technology systems, client contact, and approved tools.
• Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
• Obtain identification, enter billing information, and collect payments when required, following policies.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport as needed.
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, stock supplies, sanitize, file, answer phones, and use email.
• Follow departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Assist with compiling and submitting statistics and data.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs timely, including maintenance and temperature logs.
• Complete online and in-person training courses promptly.

Required Work Experience:

• Experience in phlebotomy, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime based on staffing needs.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record if applicable.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training preferred: medical assistant or paramedic training.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $45,000-57,000/year. Benefits include medical & pharmacy coverage, dental/vision insurance, 401(k), HSA, FSA, life insurance, pet insurance, short and long-term disability, accident & critical illness coverage, pre-paid legal & ID theft protection, paid sick time, and other paid leaves as required by law. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is also available.
