Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree OR a combination of education/work experience required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting.
• Current valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Take time to connect with donors, explain the impact of donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep donors comfortable and returning.
• Be detailed oriented to meet goals and regulatory requirements for safe transfusion.
• Work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
