Responsibilities

• Assist in determining donor suitability.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure customer happiness and confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment health to ensure product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
